Q. My venue has a specific style, do you only play one genre?
A. We have it covered – with a network of over 50 professional DJs, we are able to accommodate any venue requirements. Not only that though, because of our extensive reach and experience, we can still maintain a unique identity for your venue within a specific genre.
Q. How do you charge?
A. We have different categories of DJs and styles of DJs so we can deliver a service that is getting the best possible product for your budget available. We then charge by the hour and bill weekly. Payment is then required within 48hrs for the following weeks shifts to be processed.
Q. What if I don’t like the DJ?
A. No problem. With a huge database of DJs, we are able to rotate DJs at your request. This means you only ever have to remember one phone number for all your DJ requirements. Leaving you to run your business. Also, on the night of each shift we have back-up DJs on standby. So should anything unforeseen happen, a replacement DJ will be in your venue in no time, ensuring you a hassle free experience for your customers.
Q. Is SoundPrint legal?
A. Absolutely. Although you must still pay all necessary SAMRO licenses for your venue, all our DJs are registered tax payers, legal drivers and are professional artists. As a registered business in South Africa we stick to the rules.
Q. What if I have a promotion or large event on?
A. Again, we can use any of our DJs, MC’s etc to bolster the event. Not only that, we are able to book and manage celeb DJs etc on your behalf.
